"What you perceive, your observations, feelings, interpretations, are all your truth. Your truth is important. Yet it is not The Truth."

Meteoritic Meatballs

Biblical Verse of the week:
"A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken."

Proverbs 15:13

Have you ever come across a thought that made you stop and think about what the thought you thought was trying to say? Yes? If you have, you have initial symptoms of insanity. I suggest you consider counseling. Jay kay, don't go Google that it was a joke. But about that thought that made you think: don't you think that if we didn't have these thoughts Mother Necessity would be nonexistent? So I encourage you to think about your thoughts next time you stop to think about what your thought was trying to say; you may be the next Eli Whitney. And if you do became an important inventor because of my blog, you could always thank me.
                                                                         (Halfzies??)

In the case of David vs. Goliath, David used a stone, possibly even a pebble, to the defeat the giant. But what if he had to go on a 1 on 1 grappling match with Goliath!? I'm thinking he would of been a little bit more challenging. And because of this simple thought, and many more like it, I took the martial arts class. And like David, giants are present and are going to be in my way. But UNLIKE David, I'm not allowed to use concealed weaponry A.K.A. pebbles. So I'm going have to do this legitimately and learn the ways of Kung Fu. Well, mixed martial arts. But Kung Fu sounds soo much cooler....I am praying that God be with me during this course cus last week was KILLER!! I think I'm still sore. Where's bananas when you need them. I actually have a banana tree in my front/side lawn, but it hasn't given birth to any bananas yet. Maybe if I feed it cow poop? I could start by watering it....But then again, rain is kinda always in town.
This third and last section of my blog is going to be dedicated to my beloved best friends that are studying in TAMUCC! Heather (my Illybee), Lynnette (my Heylynn), and ofcourse my bro since 6th grade Colton (teh Crow). I love you guys and I miss ya'll! Illy, I seriously check my mailbox daily for your letter and daily I check for new youtube videos (make more please). Heylynn, I love your random "Hey!" texts even thought you send them to me at the worst times lol. Crow, bro you and I have tons of history together, I hope we get to make alot more cus you were one of my first true best friend and I miss you. Be safe over there and study hard. I love you all.

Hahaha!! Thanks for reading! Make a blogger and follow me!! That way I look way cooler than my archenemy Arny. Oh I mean my friend Arny not archenemy. :)  Oh! And of you leave a comment, then I'll allow you to see the video you just finished watching AGAIN!! I know, I'm sucha sweetheart.
P.S. Tony, you're sexy. ;)

Intra-personal Intelligence

As of now I decided to write out a bible verse with each new blog I write.
Juan's Bible Verse of the Week!
This week's verse:
"Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart."
   Psalms 37:4

Would you like to know the strategy to my happiness? If you've seen me, you'll know that I am always seemingly happy. Wanna know how I do it? Regardless of your answer to that question I am going to tell you. Here's Juanasaurous' guide to happiness...... I am the best pessimist ever. I mentally prepare for the worse possible case-scenarios because that's what I expect. But that works to my advantage. "That doesn't make any sense Juan!" Hold on! Let me explain. You see, because I expect the worse, and the worse case-scenarios are NOT too common, whatever outcome I get I am more than content!
Ex.   Case: First day of school.
Worse possible scenario: Hating all your classes.
What Actually happened: You only hate 1 class.
According to Juan's laws of Joy, this is a cause for happiness!!
(And I'll punch the man who says I'm not)

Another of my great philosophies is to live life with regret. But not just any kind of regret, forgiven regret. And not only forgiven by yourself, but by God. (If you and God have forgiven it, then the rest don't truly matter.) Life is one big dictating school. You will be taught something one way or another, and the best teacher life offers is Mr. Dr. Prof. Experience. He's renown all over town for his teaching skills and for his unrelenting wrath he sometimes brings down upon his students. If we did something stupid, we can't just forget about it, pretend it never happened and NOT regret it. To learn lessons with Experience we must regret our mistakes. But we can't let this regret bring us down in our long treacherous journey of our life. It must be forgiven, never forgotten. Learn from our past to improve our future. But remember to live in the present the past is what it is, and the future is what you are.

Jeeze! I didn't want to end my blog with THREE philosophies but this next one is a good one!!
Okay so we've all heard the saying "Just follow your heart." Or maybe even "Do what your heart tells you." If you haven't heard that then stop reading my blog and go read a book or something. But every time I read/hear that I seriously just want to go and kick some babies. (JK that's not cool, don't do that.) But I gotta tell all ye fellow bloggers that thy heart is gullible and tender! It'll believe just about everything. (Unless you've hardened your heart so that it feels nothing.) So I say "No!" Don't follow your heart, follow your brain! Your brain is the smart one, hence the name. So do what your thoughts tell you, Usually this theme correlates to relationships, but it's also very useful when it comes to passions and hobbies. When people act with their hearts it usually turns out to be a bad outcome and that's how the phrase "Bless her/his heart." came to be. One day really try and listen to your heart. But I mean really really listen to it. And think about it's thoughts. You'll realize how stupid hearts are.

Thanks for reading! This was probably my longest blog and maybe even boring-est. I hope you enjoyed. If you don't agree with me, have any questions, comments, or concerns relating my blog, my verse, or me don't hesitate to leave a comment and don't forget to follow!!

Bada-bing, bada-BOOM!!

Hey peeps! So today is Wednesday and i'm sure you knew that but if you didn't you owe me big time. I point that out because I decided upon blogging every Wednesday. Sounds good right? Once a week Juanasaurous gets to ramble randomly about redundant ridiculousness rotating reasonably rationally 'round my life. YEAH! Alliteration my friends, look it up. It just makes me feel good. Feeling skeptical? Well go ahead, try it yourself. Feels like if Dr. Seuss himself slapped you across your butt-cheeks with green eggs and ham.

So as for my resolution goes. The progress i'm making is noticeable! I am doing stuff at home now. (kinda) Well I do enough to keep my parents of my back, which equals victory in my book! I can't wait for school to start again. I spent too much time in the game room playing pool and ping-pong'ing it up but I learned my lesson. Lesson: Game room is NOT priority over College (who woulda thought). But now I am feeling as confident as ever. I may even consider taking over the world. But after I finish my martial arts training so that I stand some sort of chance if I ever come face to face with Jean Claude Van Damme......

I just now decided that all my future blogs will have the same layout. It is going to be divided into 3 sections. The Intro, Body and Conclusion. That doesn't necessarily mean that the body is going to house the best part of my blog, it's just a name to keep me organized. So this means that this section is the conclusion. I'm going to end my blog by telling you about my bass. Many of you know that I play the electric bass guitar. Her name is Kryztinnah (pronounced "Cristina" but looks way cooler). I've been having her for about 3 years but I've only played her 1. Until recently have a started getting more serious about her and thanks to one of my good friends and brother in Christ, Tony, I've progress immensely. Thank you Tony (I hope you read this) but most importantly thank you Jesus for your blessings and patience for me.
      Kryztinnah!

Thanks for reading I hope you were entertained! Make a Blogger!! Comment, criticize, or diss my blogs and I'll love you forever! Follow me and I'll follow you. Take care everyone and God bless.

                  Stay tuned every Wednesday!

All About Ambiguousness

After much debating and arguing I, Juanasaourous REXX, finally decided upon creating this, my own blog.  Pros: a place to express my ideas and thoughts also a place to keep some of my poetry for they come and go and don't return. Cons: mostly likely, in the near future I'll forget the existence of my blog and i'll leave my faithful followers on the worst cliffhanger imaginable. It may feel a little like this following picture.
                                                            (Wow, what a nice view.)

I guess the best thing to start this baby off by saying my new year's resolution. I would like to be  more active. "What? That's the dumbest resolution I've heard!" I know it sounds dumb but I don't mean active as only physically (although it is included) I mean it in every aspect. Such as what you may find yourself asking. Well there is; physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, literally, rhetorically, and figuratively.
I know i'm just kidding. But in all seriousness, This determination of mine was awakened just this year and i'm a freshman in college! I've wasted too much time on my computer when I could of been stimulating my senses.

Moving on to a different topic. Today I went to school and found out my classes are paid for!! That's one less thing to worry about. "OMG Juan! What classes did you get!?!?"  Hold on ladies, all in due time. I signed up for 5 classes this spring semester to make a total of 13 hours.

  1. Interpersonal Communication
  2. Sociology
  3. Theater Arts
  4. College Algebra
  5. Martial Arts
I know what you're thinking. "But Juan how will you juggle 5 classes?!" Just kidding. I AM in martial arts!! lol can you imagine that? The cute, adorable, nice, and lovable Juanzies will be wrestling and boxing and kicking some major bootie. And I mean that literally because Ryan "Fear the" Speer joined with me. It shall be EPIC in an unmeasurable proportion. Actually, it may look a little like this....

Thanks for reading, hope you enjoyed. Also if you don't have a blogger, make one, we could follow each other and stuff. Yeah.
